Mahwah, NJ: April 28, 2014: Highground Industrial announced today that they have been selected by Nylo Hotel to demolish the internal structure of an old industrial building near the downtown area of Nyack, NY. The former 4 story factory will be re-developed to house a 132 room loft style hotel. It sits just walking distance from the Hudson River and downtown Nyack. NYLO Hotel is known for its urban industrial style. The demolition process is now underway and is expected to finish in May.

“We are pleased to have been selected for this project. It is very exciting to be a part of a project which renews old factories to create new usable updated space.” said Dave Hoehmann, President of Highground Industrial LLC. These old multilevel factories are not considered efficient for manufacturing. So either they are being renovated and re-purposed like this one or torn down.
